Lauren Von Der Pool, founder/ CEO of the Green non-profit Von Der Pool Gourmet & Healthy Living Services Inc. that teaches inner city communities healthy living services and agricultural awareness. Von Der Pool is also the CEO and head Chef of Von Der Pool Gourmet LLC, is a world renowned celebrity chef specializing in exotic, vegan and raw food cuisine. She arose from humble beginings at the age 16, with ripped jeans, wife beater and curly locks beating the streets of DC in order to establish a place in the world. Lauren, a Le Cordon Bleu graduate who began her career vending from all the local organic markets and college campuses in Washington has went on to cater the Oscars, Grammys, AMA’s and countless A-List celebrity events. She currently resides in Los Angeles working along the world famous walk of fame with celebrity chef, Wolfgang Puck.
