October 24 is the day of action to raise the awareness of our global commnity about how our everyday routines could be detrimental to our planet, hence ourselves. There were over 4000 events happening around the globe in support of 350, of course the event in D.C. was one of the biggest which was hosted by Celebrity Chef and Philathropist Lauren Von Der Pool :0)
