What a hot summer! I was having a ball preparing food for thousands of patron at Chicago's annual African Festival! I had the honor of preparing food for Rochelle Ferrell, Brand Nubian, Fertile Ground, Les Nubian, Rhymefest and countless other amazing entertainer not to mention the lovely staff of the African Festival!
