I have been the private chef for Kelan Phil Cohran as you all know from the previous blog I did but I felt that my experience with "Brother Phil" deserved a spotlight all its own! So the beauty within this dynamic is that everytime I go to his home to bless him with fine dining raw food cuisine, I recieve a music lesson and anyone who knows anything about music knows that he is the best on the planet! I mean the man invented his very own instrument in the sixty- the Franky phone which is an instrument that is out of this world! Anyway he is teaching me how to play the cornet. I am truly blessed to be able to feed Brother Phil let alone get music lessons from him. This is serious business! I can't wait for my next lesson! Thank you Brother Phil for being a light upon my path! I sit at the feet of the Master with any empty cup.... now I watch my cup running over, golden waters of knowledge seep from his astral body out of his mouth and into my heart. I bow in submission for the Master with happiness and love! The Creator has truly blessed me with a reflection so pure, so golden and at the age of 81, he mos def. holds the fountain of youth!

I'm a third ways into the book and I drastically need and want to change my everdyday diet to enhance not only my physical but my mental and spirit.
